messeji allows you to create a Task, assign it to someone, save it, but not send the Task Assignment Emails.
- As soon as you save an assigned Task, regardless of whether or not you send the Task Assignment Email, an Assignee who is registered with messeji can see the Task in their instance of messeji.
- Only applicable for Tasks assigned to other messeji users
- Please note that the Avatars & Status Indicator will also change depending on the SENT status.
Workaround: We recommend that you DO NOT add the Assignee to your Task until you are ready to send the Task Assignment Email.
