Task Assignment Emails

Create Task

Once you have created your task, you can send a Task Assignment Email to your assignee

  • Click the SAVE button from the Create Tasks or Edit Tasks page
  • Click the SEND TASK ASSIGNMENT button
  • The Send Task Assignment box will appear
  • You will see the Task overview details
  • You can type a message to your Task assignee
  • Click the SEND button when you are ready to send your Task Assignment Email
  • You will receive a Notification when your Attendee Accepts or Declines your invitation

Updated Tasks

  • If you change any Task Overview details (Task title, Due Date, Task Description), you have the option to resend the Task Assignment Email to your assignee.

Reminders

  • When you Create Tasks you have the option to set a Reminder for your attendees
  • You can adjust when your assignee will receive the Reminder for your task
  • Make sure the ‘Send email’ box is ticked to send a Reminder

Attendee experience

  • Task Assignment Emails will be sent to the email address associated with your messeji Contact
  • Your assignee will click ‘Manage in messeji’ from the Task Assignment Email to see and interact with your Task
  • Your assignee will have the option to Accept or Decline your Task
  • Your assignee can provide feedback and add attachments to the Task
  • Once they submit the Task, you will be notified and be able to see their feedback
