messeji allows you to tag your Meetings to an Opportunity.

See the Search article for more details on accessing all of your Meetings associated with an Opportunity. 

Create Opportunities

Create Opportunities when you Create Meetings.  

  • Enter the Opportunity name
    • Type the Opportunity name in the ‘Opportunity Name’ field
    • Click the ‘+’ button
  • Enter the Company name
    • Type the Company name in the ‘Company Name’ field
    • Click the ‘+’ button
  • Select the Opportunity currency
  • Enter the Opportunity amount
  • Select the Opportunity stage
    • You can update your Opportunity stages to match your CRM via the Settings menu

Manage Existing Opportunities

Tag all you Meetings related to the same Opportunity.  Be careful to select the same Opportunity for all Meetings you would like to group together.

  • If you would like to associate your Meeting with an existing Opportunity
    • Start typing the Opportunity name in the ‘Name’ field
    • Select the appropriate Opportunity from the drop down list
  • The Company name will automatically populate

Update Opportunities

You can update Opportunities in Edit Meeting or during Meeting Wrap-up.

  • You cannot change the Opportunity Name or Company Name when updating an Opportunity, the changes will not save
  • Update the Opportunity amount
  • Update the Opportunity stage
    • You can update your Opportunity stages to match your CRM via the Settings menu

Create Opportunities in Meeting Wrap-up

You cannot create a new Opportunity in the Meeting Wrap-up.  

If you did not associate the Meeting with an Opportunity before you started your Meeting, the Opportunity fields will appear blank in the Meeting Wrap-up.

  • These fields appear editable, but cannot be saved, you will not be allowed to use the NEXT button to progress the Meeting Wrap-up
  • Use the SKIP button to bypass this step

If you would like to create an Opportunity, you can schedule a Follow-up Meeting and navigate to the Meeting Card to create the Opportunity.
