Meeting Wrap-up

From the Meeting Wrap-up, you can send a Meeting Summary Email to your Attendees

  • After you update your Follow-up Tasks in Meeting Wrap-up, click the NEXT button
  • The Send Meeting Summary box will appear
  • You can type a message to your Meeting Attendees
  • Click the SEND button when you are ready to send your Meeting Summary Email


  • When you Create Tasks during a meeting you have the option to set a Reminder for your attendees
  • You can adjust when your assignee will receive the Reminder for your task
  • Make sure the ‘Send email’ box is ticked to send a Reminder

Attendee experience

  • You can send the Meeting Summary Email to your meeting Attendees only
    • You cannot add additional Attendees in the messeji MVP
  • Meeting Summary Emails will be sent to the email address associated with your Attendee’s Contact detail in messeji
  • Your Task Assignee will click ‘Manage in messeji’ from the Meeting Summary Email to see and interact with your Task
    • Task Assignee will only have the  ‘Manage in messeji’ available for the Tasks assigned to them
  • Your assignee will have the option to Accept or Decline your Task
  • Your assignee can provide feedback and add attachments to the Task
  • Once they submit the Task, you will be notified and be able to see their feedback
