Edit Meeting

Edit Mode allows you to update an existing Meeting.  Any changes made in Edit Meeting mode must be Saved.  Be sure to click the Save button before you navigate away from the Edit Meeting page.

Click on the elipsis (…) and then Edit from the top menu of the Meeting Card to edit a meeting

Edit Meeting Overview & Opportunity

  1. Meeting overview
    • Edit the unique Meeting Name
    • Edit the Date and Start / End time
    • We recommend that you do not change the meeting Type, however if this is required, be sure to alert your attendees of the change
  1. Attendees
    • Add or remove attendees for your meeting
    • You can create Contacts in messeji or sync with your Google Contacts List
  1. Opportunity
  2. Update your Opportunity details 
  1. Template
  1. Save
    • Any changes made in Edit Meeting mode must be Saved.  Be sure to click the Save button before you navigate away from the Edit Meeting page.
    • If you change any Meeting Overview details, be sure to resend meeting Invitations to your meeting Attendees
    • Check out the Invitations article for more information on Update Invitations
    • If you don’t want to Send or Resend Invitations, click the ‘Go to meeting list’ button to return to your Dashboard Meeting List OR click ‘X’ to go to your Meeting Card

Cancel Meetings – You cannot cancel meetings in the messeji MVP.  See the Cancel Meetings article for suggested workarounds.

Edit Meeting Card

You can update your Meeting Goals, Agenda, Pre-meeting Tasks, etc. from the Meeting Card or in Edit Meeting mode.

See the Meeting Card article for full details on updating your Meeting Card.  The following functionality is specific to Edit Meeting mode.

  1. Reorder items
    • Enter Edit Meeting mode 
    • Drag & drop items as needed
    • Press the SAVE button

Also, please note that Task titles are not clickable in Edit Meeting mode.  If you create a Task in Edit Meeting mode, click the SAVE button and navigate to the Task from the Meeting Card or Task List to update the Task.
