You can upload a photo in your messeji Profile

Or if you registered for messeji via Sign up / in with Google, messeji will pull the Avatar from your Google profile.

Meetings

An Attendee’s Avatar will display when they are added to a Meeting.

  • See the Contacts article for information on when Avatars will display a photo

The Avatars display a Status Indicator dot

  • A Green dot indicates the Attendee has accepted the Meeting from the messeji Invitation
  • A Yellow dot indicates the Attendee has not responded to the Meeting from the messeji Invitation
  • A Red dot indicated the Attendee has declined the Meeting from the messeji Invitation
  • No dot will appear if the Task Assignment Email has not been sent

If the Avatar is dimmed, this means that the Invitations for the Meeting have not been sent.

Tasks

The Task Assignee’s Avatar will display as follows

  • For Self-assigned Tasks, you will see your Avatar
  • If the Task is assigned to you, you will see your Avatar*
  • If the Task is assigned to someone else, their Avatar will display
  • See the Contacts article for information on when Avatars will display a photo

The Avatars display a Status Indicator dot

  • A Green dot indicates the Assignee has accepted the Task
    • If the Task is Self-assigned, the Green dot will appear
  • A Yellow dot indicates the Assignee has not responded to the Task
  • A Red dot indicated the Assignee has declined the Task
  • No dot will appear if the Task Assignment Email has not been sent

If the Avatar is dimmed, this means that the Task Assignment Emails has not been sent.

*You will see the Avatar that the user has for you in their instance of messeji, which may differ from the Avatar you see in your instance of messeji depending on how the individual who assigned you the Task is registered for messeji.
